"AOX-Q" series waterproof electric part turn ball valve actuators are widely used in oil, water treatment, power station, heating, building automation, light industry and other industries.The shell of "AOX-Q" series electric actuator has a torque switch, which means it can provide overload protection (except AOX-Q-005 / 008 / 010). When the valve is jammed and there is foreign matter, the motor power supply will be automatically disconnected, which can more effectively protect the valve and electric actuator from damage. (it has been set before delivery, please do not change the setting at will.)

Other electric actuators	AOX-Q series

For the products designed by other electric actuator manufacturers, the rubber pad is directly used for shell connection. However, the rubber pad is easy to be deformed due to temperature and other reasons, resulting in reduced sealing performance and poor appearance. For debugging, the upper and side covers need to be opened respectively for wiring. AOX's electric actuator is very careful in sealing mode. The upper and lower covers are of concave convex structure, with O-rings inside. It has strong sealing performance, beautiful appearance, high protection level, and more convenient for debugging and wiring. Just open the upper cover.

1.Terminal block

There are enough terminals for users to use conveniently, up to 22, which can ensure the fastening and reliable wire connection. Terminal length: 8 ~ 9mm (2.5mm2) terminal size: 10 × 22x32mm。

2.dryer

It is used to control the temperature, prevent moisture condensation in the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.
