If the manual operation of the "AOX-VR" series Part Turn Electric Motor Operated Valve Actuator is not powered on, it can be manually operated with a hex wrench. During manual operation, the power must be cut off first; Remove the dust cover on the reducer cover and insert the attached handle into the hexagonal hole; Turn the manual handle clockwise to reduce the opening. When the opening is turned to the fully open and fully closed positions, the limit switch will move for another half turn, which will touch the mechanical stop. Excessive rotation will cause damage to other parts. Therefore, excessive force should be avoided.
