The "AOX-Q-L" series Low Temperature Electric Linear Valve Actuator potentiometer is output as a feedback signal in the actuator, and has three output terminals, of which pin ② is connected to the sliding arm of the potentiometer. ③ The pin is connected to one end where the resistance between the actuator and the sliding arm decreases continuously when the actuator is on, and ① the pin is connected to one end where the resistance between the actuator and the sliding arm decreases continuously when the actuator is off. (Note: the potentiometer should not have resistance crossing zero and jumping.). Turn the valve to the fully open position with the hand wheel, subject to the action of the limit switch, measure with a multimeter, and adjust the resistance of pin ② and pin ③ on the terminal to 35 Ω - 60 Ω. If it is not correct, it can be adjusted by turning the potentiometer transmission gear.
